As humans, we are wired to pursue anything we consider success. And this has really made many of us engaged in what we call rat race.

However, as much as it is necessary we set a goal and we pursue it, we must realize that any success that happens at the expense of our health, family or your character is not real success.

This lead to my words for you this week; In your pursuit of success, never let it be at the expense of your health, family or your character.
