Never Mistake Attendance For Alliance By Kingsmith Akinwale

"Never mistake attendance for alliance; everybody with you is not for you."

One of the most important lessons we learn as we grow in life, business, and leadership is that proximity does not always equal loyalty.

The World Is Overly Cruel To Shy Men And It Rewards The Courageous By Kingsmith Akinwale

“The World Is Overly Cruel To Shy Men And It Rewards The Courageous.”

As uncomfortable as this truth may sound, history repeatedly proves it.

Greatness has never belonged only to the most talented people. More often, greatness belongs to those who had the courage to be seen.

Stay Small Enough Long Enough, And You Will Be Big Enough Soon Enough By Kingsmith Akinwale

"Stay small enough long enough, and you will be big enough soon enough.”

You see the quote above, if you are a follower of the guy who walks up to billionaires in the US asking them about how they made their money, you will be familiar with the quote.

Letter To My Wife On Her Birthday By Kingsmith Akinwale

Letter To My Wife On Her Birthday.

Dear Duchess,

Today is more than just your birthday — it’s a celebration of the light you brought into my life and into the lives of our children. Every year when this day comes around, I find myself wondering how I got so blessed to walk this journey with someone as loving, strong, and beautiful as you.

You have been the heartbeat of our home. The way you love our kids — with patience, tenderness, wisdom, and fierce protection — inspires me daily. They are growing up wrapped in your warmth, shaped by your kindness, and guided by your strength. And I see it. I see the sacrifices you make, the quiet efforts no one applauds, the endless care you pour into us. Please know that none of it goes unnoticed. You are the foundation that keeps us steady.

I still remember when I first met you. There was something about you — the way you carried yourself, the sound of your laughter, the spark in your eyes. It felt immediate. Effortless. Like my heart recognized you before my mind could even catch up. You didn’t just become someone I admired… you became my favorite. And somehow, with every passing year, you still are.

You’ve impacted my life in ways I can’t fully put into words. You’ve made me better — more patient, more intentional, more hopeful. Loving you has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

And as we step into this new chapter ahead of us, I want you to feel excited and secure. The future we’re entering is bright — not because of luck, but because we’re walking into it together. With your strength beside me and our family united, there is nothing we can’t build, overcome, or achieve. The best is not behind us. It’s ahead of us.

On your birthday, I don’t just celebrate the day you were born — I celebrate the gift you are to me every single day.
Happy Birthday to my favorite person, my partner, my best friend, and the love of my life.
Forever Yours,

Kingsmith Akinwale(Duke.)

The Paradox Of Intelligence By Kingsmith Akinwale

The Paradox of Intelligence: Strength in Humility and Continuous Growth.

Intelligence is often associated with certainty, expertise, and having the right answers. In fact, the society tends to reward confidence and decisiveness, equating them with competence and intellect. Yet, as knowledge deepens, a powerful paradox emerges: the more intelligent and informed a person becomes, the more aware they are of the vastness of what they do not know.

This is the paradox of intelligence.

Responsibility is Greater Than Love – And It Leads to Greatness! By Kingsmith Akinwale

Responsibility is Greater Than Love – And It Leads to Greatness!

Hello my friend,

Love is powerful, yes. It is the energy that fuels our dreams, the force that binds us, and the source of all that is beautiful in life. Love brings us together, makes us feel alive, and sparks the deepest connections. But love, as incredible as it is, is not enough on its own. In moments of challenge, when emotions fade, when life demands more from us, it is responsibility that holds us steady. That is why responsibility, more than anything, is the key to GREATNESS.

Letter To My Wife On Our 9th Wedding Anniversary By Kingsmith Akinwale

Letter To My Wife On Our 9th Wedding Anniversary.

My Duchess,
Happy 9th wedding anniversary to us. Today, my heart is full as I look back on the beautiful journey that began in the most unexpected place—a bank. Who could have imagined that a simple moment, routine days, and a series of exchange would become the foundation of a lifetime together? We started small, with nothing but hope, faith, and a stubborn belief in each other. And truly, that was enough.

It's been 15 years since you left us, dad. No doubt, your legacy lives on through the countless lives you touched with your kindness, wisdom and brilliance. Today, we  honor the life and legacy of my beloved father on the 15th anniversary of his passing. His dedication to family, friends, and community was a hallmark of his remarkable life.

Today marks a very special day, not just because it's your birthday, but because it's a celebration of the incredible person you're growing up to be. Five years ago, you brought immense joy and love into our lives, and every day since then has been a gift.

LETTER TO MY WIFE ON OUR 8TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY By Kingsmith Akinwale

LETTER TO MY WIFE ON OUR 8TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!

My Dearest Duchess,

Eight years. Yes, Eight 'goddam' years baby.

It feels like a lifetime, yet it also feels like yesterday when we took that leap of faith, promising each other a future filled with love and hope. Looking back on everything we’ve shared, I can’t help but marvel at the incredible journey we’ve had together. From the quiet moments to the loud, joyous chaos of family life, every chapter of our story has been more beautiful than I ever could have imagined.

When I think of what we’ve built, I think of our children—our little miracles who remind me every day of the love that started it all. Watching you become a mother, seeing the way you nurture and guide our kids with such tenderness and strength, fills me with an indescribable sense of pride and awe. Our family, our little world, is everything to me, and it’s all because of you—the love you give, the sacrifices you’ve made, and the endless joy you bring to our lives.

When we started out, we had dreams, yes, but we didn’t know exactly how they would unfold. What we lacked in material things, we made up for in hope, determination, and faith in each other. Now, as I look at where we are today, I can’t help but marvel at how far we’ve come. From humble beginnings, we’ve truly moved from grass to grace. Every step, every hardship, every victory has been worth it, and the beauty of our life together is a testament to our strength and resilience.

The other day, we counted the years right from the first anniversary of our meeting in 2014, it has been nothing but progress. And here's 2024 that is no different. Oh wow!

But more than just the past, I think of the future—of all the untold chapters waiting to be written, all the dreams still yet to come true. I see us growing even stronger, continuing to rise together, hand in hand, through whatever life brings our way. I know that the best is still ahead of us, and I am filled with excitement for the years to come. The future we will build, the places we’ll go, and the memories we’ll create—it all seems so bright when I imagine it with you by my side.

On this special day, our 8th anniversary, I want to thank you. Thank you for being my partner, my love, my best friend, and the incredible mother of our children. Thank you for believing in us, for never giving up, and for loving me with all your heart. I am beyond blessed to walk through life with you.

Here’s to all the years we've had, and all the beautiful ones yet to come.

Forever and always,

Your Duke,

Kingsmith Akinwale Snr.

Be A Seed By Kingsmith Akinwale

#MondayMorningMotivation.

Every seed in the farmer’s hand has great potential to produce bountifully and to multiply endlessly.

But to unlock this potential, the farmer must release the seed from his hand, drop it in dirt, cover it in darkness and leave it to struggle to reach the light.
