Jobs from N500k upwards are hardly advertised. If they do, it’s to fulfill righteousness or show one top boss that they’ve followed official recruitment processes.

Many times they poach or ask trusted people to refer suitable candidates. This is where visibility comes to play. This is where connection matters. This is where networking speaks. Who are in your circle? What kind of friends do you keep?

The truth is, human beings are 'gate keepers'. They open doors you don't have access to. Let's say for example you don't have money. What do you do? You call someone(human being). If you need a job or contract, what do you do? You call someone(human being) and not 'job'. So I ask, why do you take people in your life for granted? Why do you take your connections with levity?

I mean;why are you not deliberate about the kind of people you let into your circle? Why on earth do you weigh the people you meet with their current status or appearance?

Oh you mean you do not know how to associate with people? Wait, wait, wait, did you just say you are an INTROVERT? Oh no! Please come of it. Haven't you heard of 'introverted extroverts'?

Hey G, get converted. It's time. Extrovertion is Bae. This is 2021. So get the heck outta your shell.

At the long run of your journey in life, it is your NETWORK that will eventually determine your NETWORTH.

You see that your daily prayer of "God help me"? Trust me, He definitely will. But He will give the assignment to a mini-god(human) that He has created. You see the one you keep asking him to keep "charge over you"? He will do that too through the image He made after himself.

Nothing beats networking. It;

-Makes you get fresh ideas

-it raises your profile.

Advances your career

-Get access to job opportunities

And even makes you gain more knowledge to build up your confidence.
